Shipping can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to arrive from the time of purchase. Please take this into consideration when planning your outfit for your next event. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and you can check the status of your package on our tracking page. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on separate dates. So rest easy if not all of your rave goodies arrive in your first package :)

Refunds and returns are granted if you are unsatisfied with the product and contact us within 14 days of the delivery date of the item. Items arriving after a planned rave date will not be considered a valid reason for refund so it is important you order with enough time for shipping. Please contact us at support@euphoriaraveclothing.com with your order ID, feedback, and photos of the item as to why you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
